About Us

The housing shortage in the U.S. is well-documented and presents a tremendous opportunity for change. We took a step back and studied the modular home space; everything from materials to production to final assembly. We were struck by what we learned: nothing has changed in the last century. So, we asked ourselves a basic question: how can we best serve specific markets efficiently and affordably, while foregoing traditional build techniques and putting style back into the equation? Welcome to ARCbuild… meet the team.
